ya but these guys dont really stay as a group and its primarily newer cars. there wont be more than like 15 of them left in their caravan by the time they roll through our area.

so the ideal location is Sherman Oaks or Pacoima? This is too crazy i felt like rollin with my friend with his E30 and just cruiser together early and not caravaning after i read that letter haha 7am to 8am fucccc

This caravan is meeting at the weekly wednesday night spot at 8am saturday morning and leaving at 830 to jump on the 405 then to the 118 then the 210. End of discussuion. This is getting too complicated. Weekly wednesday people we are parking in the regular $20 grass parking and having our own bbq. If other caravans decide to meet up with us then thats awesome but stop confusing everyone :hitler:

You guys aren't making sense.

Pacoima is somewhat out of the way if you ask me. The SD crew would have to PASS the Rose bowl to meet up with you.

Sherman oaks is more centrally located for everyone around the SFV/LA to meet up IMO.

Sounds like you guys meeting at the sherman oaks spot don't quite have it together, I'm trying to help coordinate here.

if you're going to take the 405 to the 118, you will drive the fwy right past the pacoima spot, we could just merge.

This also brings a chance to merge with the people coming from northern counties if they're driving in in the morning.

the way i see it, its not that hard...

SD I5 > picking up OC > 105 > S.Bay (105/405) > S.Oaks (405/101) > SFV (118/5) to the rosebowl.

N.Cal guys can merge up at 5/118 aswell to have the biggest number through the 210

This way we also don't have to jam up intersections, if leads have a co pilot making phone calls to the merging meet spots we can just be a growing caravan through the fwys. all we'd have to do is slow the pace a bit through merging areas.

Keep the idea open though, I think the 210 will be less crowded+a more scenic route much better chance for epic caravan photos.

not to mention the possibility of merging with the NorCal boys.

I agree, it's a couple miles added to the SD caravan, but for the fun we had on that 210 last year, i think it'll be worth it unless the SD guys think otherwise.
