    Thanks cal trans...

    Was driving home from work last night, got off the 94 to the 15N and they were doing construction, ahead of me were those guys who check the cones, well they dropped one and

    smashed my valence, got stuck under my car and made a god awful noise, pulled over and was able to get it out but now I have a ghetto valence and something doesnt feel right with my steering, thank you cal trans! :hitler:

    ~~~~~UPDATE~~~~~
    Just got off the phone with the insurance company. They are denying liability because there were no other claims involving the cone and all were accounted for. Despite me telling them that I was the only car between their cone check truck and when the cone got stuck I pulled over and left it in their construction zone. I have pictures of me, on the side of the 15N with the cone wedged under my car. Anyone have some advice on how to approach this? Cause I'm ready to kill some people.
      I called the claims department of the company doing the construction. They are at fault and I would like some compensation. I'm waiting to hear back from their claims person
                              :nice:
                              For all we know, you'd probably get reimbursed more than what your parts are actually worth, so you'd probably come out happier in the end...
