Garage / Workshop space

Anybody know of a garage or space that one could rent out to work on cars. I have been looking for something like this for months and can't seem to find anything, or a group of guys that rent out a place and need extra people...either or, we had one of these back in Milwaukee years ago, 100 bucks each and 8 of use each had our own bay and it was great

Anybody know of anything like this

btw, im looking as Hollywood / Studio City being the central location of looking, closer to that the better

I'm in one of those shared garages up in the bay, but you need to get lucky and get in with a bunch of people. You'll have trouble finding one of those that'll take whoever walks in, for insurance/theft/stupidity reasons.

Your not terribly far from me in Burbank, maybe Glendale area would be a good place to look, theres a lot of empty industrial buildings that way
