Hey anyone know of a house/condo/townhouse in the sf valley or close to it that is for rent with a private garage? I am open to pretty much anywhere but I would like to be close to Hollywood / Studio City...I have found some in Van Nuys and I know of a few in Burbank but they are not renting. If anyone knows of anywhere that would be great.

yea but unfortunately i dont have enough money to put any money down, otherwise I would seriously consider it...
