Looking for a good Sacramento area independent BMW shop. My mom moved there recently and the AC on her e36 stopped working.

What part of the Sac valley is she in? There are SO many shops, it would help me to pick one that's closest to her.

Very experienced techs and owner, though only open for a few years they are a very good shop. I know many there including the owner, a tech and the service writer.

I've done some contract work for them, and they are also as good as it gets.

I also have worked here, and respect this shop as much as the others here. Stu Krum is an awesome guy and I remember buying parts from him with my Dad in the early '80s when he worked in Berkeley. This shop is big, very big, and sometimes customer cars can seem to be wanted in and out quickly rather than taking the time to sell more needed work.
There are many many BMW specialist shops in the Sac Valley that I don't have personal experience with... If I know what area your mom is in I can still help direct her to a shop close to her that she will be happy with.
