Rear bumper Early model to late conversion

Does anyone in southern California area knows how to do this? I'm willing to pay someone to give me a hand on this?

Again I'm asking for the early model rear bumper conversion to the late model with faborication work needed.

If you want a quick side job and easy money let me know... Rubinngo@gmail.com or MSG me here as well

I did a quick home job for my 325e, could have came out a lot better with more work but I'm sure you're looking for more of a professional job.
