long Beach area shade tree mechanic wanted.

i need the following work performed...
    Front passenger wheel bearing replaced
I need to replace my front driver side turn signal housing
I need my steering wheel aligned.
auto cancel of my turn signals doesn't work.

I know there are a lot in San Fernando valley but I would rather stay local. I'm not mechanically inclined and everything would take me ten times longer if I did it myself.

Please let me know guys thanks.

I can understand where you're coming from, but you gotta learn how to get your hands dirty and work on the smaller issues of your car or you'll be paying dearly. Work on e30 is not cheap, get yourself a bentley manual and read it thorougly.
Spend some money on a good tool set, at about $150 from Sears and you will save lots of money dude.

      Good luck.

Thanks, Yeah i'm starting to read up on technical stuff and doing some of my own work.

Right now though, I have more money than time as I spend almost every moment I have free with my wife and kids. I only have a few minutes a week with one on one time with my car which I spend washing it.

Steering wheel is super easy, just do it. I'd personally ignore the turn signals. My hand automatically cancels mine. I'd help you out if I was local.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Yeah I fixed my turn signals but I had to drop my front bumper which sucked the first time since I didn't know about the two bolts under the inside of each one.

The steering wheel was super easy so i had no problems with that.

I had the struts done by pros as well as the wheel alignment and new tires.

I need to buy some coverals and real tools :)
