Cars can't come in after 10pm but, the beach closes at like 11-12am.

On a side note... anyone know if we are allowed to have alcohol on the beach? I know SD has a ban on it, just not sure what the rules are for LA.

You can drink jus keep it under wraps. They do have guys that patrol the lot and I'm sure they would appreciate if you weren't drinking. But like Harry said, we have had drinks every year. No biggy.
