Pre-Purchase Inspection | Suggestions for San Jose area?

Considering the purchase of an E30. As the car is not located near me, I need the insights offered by a PPI. I've searched the BIMRS site and was presented with the following options for that area:

Can someone familiar with the area provide a vote of confidence for any of these shops? If not, do you have a recommendation for another place?

    Thanks in advance.

Bavarian motorsport without a doubt. That guy is a bit wierd - social skills are not top notch; but thats probably because he is a BMW whisperer.

Hey hey, shameless plug for Daniels B&M.

But really, they do some great work over there.

+1 for Bavarian Motorsport in Milpitas.

I've taken both our e39 touring and e30 there and been very happy. I had a very thorough PPI done there for my e30 and Ramon (who runs the shop and front desk) really can tell what's wrong with a car just by listening to it. Our cars have been there for a lot of work and he's been great about explaining what needs to be done, how soon and most importantly why (if I don't know). I've never experienced that level of customer care anywhere else.

I've had a pretty decent rapport with German Auto Sport in Berkeley. They get pretty busy but they're cool, knowledgeable guys.
