Does anyone have a service/oil light reset tool they can bring with them? I don't have the resources with me right now to make one so it would be awesome to get my oil light reset. Thanks!

How long are you guys going to be there? I just goggled where my senior ball is at and it's a good 8 miles out from the meet totally wanna hit it up for a bit and take some pics!!

Hopefully we'll be there till about 9 pm... But if everyone is enjoying themselves and want to stay longer then we'll stay.

Thanx to everyone who came to the meet! It turned out better than I expected! Please talk to your friends and let them know how you liked it and please discuss how we can improve below.

Several improvements and changes I'll mention right off the bat. So basically, the next meet will take place on the 3rd Saturday of the month instead of the 2nd. Apparently there was a meet held by Speed Factory and we don't really want to compete with them. Also since 2/3rds of the people that came to the meet were from around the Roseville area, we'll have the next one in Roseville. I'll be updating the flyer and JinormousJ will update his original post accordingly.

We had over 15 cars show up which is great for a first meet. But if everyone brought one more person, we'd have 30 cars which is one heck of a meet. Everyone behaved and didn't cause a ruckus which is exactly how I like it (don't want the po-pos showing up). BTW a security guy drove by twice and left us alone which is how we want to keep it. Also I was really excited to see other models show up... We had a lot of E28s, an E39 M5 and a Datsun truck which looked amazing... and my favorite... an E10 2002! A few newer cars showed up including two E9x 3 series.

So I hope you guys all enjoyed. We'll be posting up pics soon. And for those that want to see the cars that showed up, just search the hashtag #weavesandfries on Instagram! Once again thanx for showing up! I had a great time!

Feedback: Moving the meet to Roseville will count me out on a regular basis. I came up from Elk Grove.

Hey all,

First off, I just wanted to show my appreciation to everyone who showed up to the meet. I was delightfully surprised by the amount of people who came out, enjoyed meeting all you guys, seeing all the cool cars, and appreciated the diversity of the meet.

Josh and I spoke about this earlier, but during the meet we found out that there was a Speed Factory meet being held on Second Saturday, so we will be permenently changing the meet to every THIRD Saturday as to not compete with Speed Factory.

As far as location; we are still debating whether to keep it at the Truxel location to accommodate the group as a whole, or move it to Roseville to accommodate the vast majority of people coming out. I don't know where I personally stand on the issue as I'd like to accommodate the group as a whole due to the people we have coming locally from that Sac location and some Davis/Folsom guys. We'll keep you all updated and make announcements as details progress.

Lastly, I'd say this was a success; thanks to everyone who came out and supported a brand new local meet and I look forward to seeing you all again next month

Hey I was the guy with the white 318is, good lil meet, nice to meet everyone.. If you decide on a meet in Roseville next time I Suggest doing it @ Sonics drive inn! There is plenty of parking there and I would have a good reason to drive out from Elk Grove to get some sonics.. And see some bmw's haha. Thanks for throwing the meet josh and Joey.
