Good, reliable tech/shop for A/C work in Bay Area?

So my e30 ac is starting to act up. It's not blowing cold, and when I press the ac button, I don't hear anything starting or kicking in or activating, whatever the term is. Is there any place you guys may recommend me to bring to to get this checked out? Maybe it's also time for me to have a shop to do the r134a conversion?

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
