Trooper. I said LA because I assume most people don't know where playa is. I just moved out here, So I call it LA... hahaha
At first I saw him drive by and I yelled at him, he was going slow. So my buddy and I yelled " e30" really loud in a funny way trying to wave him down. Then he drove back up my street doing at least 40, then turned around and went even faster past me again..... Idk what his deal was.
I'm all for having fun in your car.... But this guy was being pretty dumb in a residential with TONS of foot traffic. (grandpa in me)
I'd like to at least talk to the guy. Not trying to get him in trouble or anything.
Looked hispanic, bigger guy.
