looking for house to rent in Sacramento area

I'm looking for a house or duplex to rent with the price range of $700 to $900, must be 2+ bedrooms, the more bath the better, must have at least 1 car garage, and e30 friendly. Let me know if a family, friend, co-worker, ex, teacher, neighbor, ects has one for rent. Thanks

Is that a realistic price in Sacramento for a 2 bedroom?

The prices in SF are nuts now. $2500 for a fancy studio. Nuts

I think SF has always been the most expensive in the Bay Area. Sacramento is pretty cheap. Their houses are around the 300k range or so for really new houses. I went to buy a car with my friend there during the summer. This lady bought her 5 bed house for 300k and it is like a 2003ish year in a good neighborhood.

It is a realistic price. You can rent 4 bed 2.5 baths for 1400-1600/month.

Check zillow, there's hella houses for rent/sale.

Houses are dirt cheap, my 4 bed 2.5 bath 2 story w/ a wide garage was 130k

I give up on zillow. I drove to Sacramento to check out couple houses and it wasn't as they had listed. One wasn't even for rent. Any reliable sources out there?

Trulia or craigslist or take a trip up here and spend a day driving through neighborhoods. There's tons of signs up. There will be way more around the end of May as well because school will be getting out
