Moving to SoCal from Out of State & Need Advice...

Well I am relocating to Southern California and I know for a fact my car will not pass smog. I have headers, straight pipes, 17lb injectors and a Miller Chip with PSIK. Should I return the car to stock or Should I S52 swap it and get it to legally pass. What would a swap cost to have a legal swap done in the SoCal area?

It will not legally pass with the headers, MAF, or intake. Some guys will overlook the visual if the numbers are good but that all depends on where you go. Otherwise you have to get somebody to "pass" it but that's a bit more expensive.

Plenty of info in the 24v on BAR'ing a swap car in CA. Chris at Castro Motorsport is also very familiar with the process.
