Cheap (under $60 installed) muffler shop in bay area?

Muffler delete m50tu. Sounds nice but a little too loud for a slow car lol. Looking for sub $60 range for a generic muffler installed. Exhaust currently has a straight 3" pipe in place of muffler so install is simple. Think I paid $60 at Norcal muffler in Manteca for a 318is.

Thats looks like what i have on my silver dd/track car but with a glasspack right after the cat.
