Los Angeles Area Interior + Electric Service Recommend

I have two e30 325i verts.

HEATED SEATS SWITCH OUT

Car A. has heated seats, and car B. doesn't.
I want to take all the heated seat accessories from car A. and put it into car B.
But not replace the seats.

AUTOMATIC CONVERTIBLE TOP MOTORS

Car A. + B. both have automatic tops. Car A has working motors, Car B. doesn't.
I want to swap parts so car B. has a working automatic top.

Anyone have a recommended Los Angeles area one stop shop for these jobs?

Any idea how much something like this would cost?
