Mobile Mechanic/PPI in San Diego?

Hey y'all,

There's a car I'm interested in down in San Diego, but I was hoping to have a PPI done before purchasing it. The car is currently unregistered, so the seller doesn't particularly want to drive it anywhere, and scheduling a PPI for a car in a different city is a bit of a headache.
Does anyone happen to know a good mobile mechanic that would be willing to do an inspection in the San Diego area? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
