    FS: 2006 X5 4.8iS

    [Mods, please forgive me for not posting in the Cars For Sale Section, looking to sell locally for now]

    Hi Everyone,

    Time to sell my beloved X5.

    *General Specs*;
    Late Production 2006
    4.8 N62/6 speed auto
    EAS2 (4 Corner Air Suspension)
    Black Sapphire Exterior
    Black Nappa Interior w/ Comfort Front Seats
    Nav/Bluetooth Phone/CD
    Cold Weather Package <-The best
    Cargo Privacy Cover
    Sliding Rear Cargo Tray w/ All Weather Mat

    127,xxx Miles.. still driving it.

    *Important stuff in the last 16k miles*;
    Valve Stem Seals and all associated parts replaced.
    Valley Pan and all associated parts replaced including new Knock Sensors.
    Radiator/Coolant reservoir and front of engine hoses replaced.
    275/40R-20 MICHELIN PILOT SPORT A/S 3 N-SPEC
    315/35R-20 MICHELIN PILOT SPORT A/S 3 N-SPEC
    Alignment check when tires replaced. No issues.
    Air Suspension height recalibrated to factory spec.
    Front/Rear Diff fluid - Redline
    Xdrive Fluid - Factory BMW
    Transmission flush.
    Interior pieces here and there
    Alternator Voltage Regulator
    New Battery w/ warranty
    DINAN Section 3 Exhaust, no drone, burbly on decel, love this - Still have original parts.

    *Mentionables*
    Driver side doors (F&R) have some interesting dents. Paint in these areas are still good, could maybe be PDR'd, but I never inquired.
    Driver side rear bumper has been bumped.
    Pixels dropped from Nav Screen.
    Front wheels are curbed.

    I have receipts for all of the above mentioned and prior history before I owned it, it was previously a BMW CPO vehicle with extended warranty, so it was still taken care of at the dealer for a while by a family in San Francisco - Always been a California Car.

    Based on other examples in the market/forums, I'm looking for 11k OBO as it sits now w/ spare parts and applicable fluids I have. I will provide a valid smog certificate when I have an interested buyer, as if it takes over 30 days I don't want to do it more than once. It will pass no problem like it did last time.
