Newcombs Ranch Pre Bimmerfest Get Together

Lets do a breakfast and photoshoot at newcombs ranch a week or two prior to Bimmerfest. It will give us all a chance to hang out so were not a bunch of loners at Bimmerfest like i was last year. We should all think about bringing our spare parts goodies for a last minute swapmeet so we can add those last minute touches. The official meet up can be the shell gas station at the La Canada exit. Jeremiel and i can roll down and pick up polak and who ever else is on the way. Those with ultra loud exhaust are encouraged to drive in the middle of the pack. Excessive speeds and crossing the double yellow are highly discouraged. No drifting either please. Just trying to have a nice drive and shoot the shit.

That's funny. I got a ticket on this particular stretch of twisties in 1979 in my dad's new Capri (rebadged Mustang 5.0) for (drum roll please) crossing over the double yellow line and speeding. Sounds like the law enforcement picture hasn't changed much in 29 years.

Nope. I've talked to a bunch of of the chips and they said that is one of the common fatal accident problems. They are tougher on cars then on bikes from what i've seen.
