Why the hell are you driving an E30 then? That is what I tell people who give me shit for smoking...the way I drive, it don't matter.
Well, you can enjoy the pics, then.Comment

I'm gonna try, too.
Sooooooo, you guys in the Sac area ever get together and do installs? Put another way, anyone like to help install other e30 owners' sh*t for cheap?
I'm planning on working on my suspension somewhat soon (the usual springs/shocks, plus most of the bushings and mounts.) I've done some work on my previous e36 M and my wife's e46 (tie rods, LCABs, brakes, springs, shocks, etc.) but nothing major, and somehow I feel like the e30 might give me a bit of grief. An extra pair of hands and another brain is always nice to have.
I'm glad to help when I can in return--I'm just not as knowledgeable as many here seem to be.
Thanks again for the welcome, guys.Chris

If you've done that stuff on an e36 and an e46 you won't have any problem working on the e30.I'm gonna try, too.

I would love to help but between work and being a dad, I barely have time to work on my own cars.______________________

Good to know. I've done those things, but some of them gave me serious grief and took 3 or 4 times as long to finish as they should have.
I hear ya about not having time. I got a 6-yr. old myself. That's why I just can't devote whole weekends to working on my cars. Oh well. Good thing we have 5 cars in the household so i can just leave the e30 on stands indefinitely. :DChris

Same, it's one thing if you are single but otherwise weekend time is "scheduled" lol... but I agree e30 is really simple to work on and if you've done work on your e36/e46 then e30will be cake for you.Mtech1 v8 build thread - https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/sho...d.php?t=413205
