This is going to turn into one of those "Late model 3 series crashes in canyon" threads. Your car isn't why I think the r32 will take you if you are foolish enough to race, it's your ego. I've seen it all to often. People think they are fast because they ride someone's ass on a canyon run or pass someone at a track. It doesn't mean a thing. What ever e46 m3 you think you can out handle is probably due to an in experienced driver or an experienced driver who knows better then to push it. You will find this out one day when you get passed by a lightly modified 318is at a track day.

Yep. My freind auto Xs a versa and beat a vette as well as, if i recall correctly, an e46.

my point was that i out handle e46 M3's, offcourse stock, im on the forum because i was going to purchase a E30 but didnt and purchased a e24 635csi

OP you sound like a tool. Maybe your car handles well, but even a mk3 gti will give you a run for you money in the "twisties." An r32 would work you...period.
