I've been toying with the idea of buying a condo in Vegas since the prices are so low and I'm spending a good amount of time there now. This might just be what pushes me over the edge. I can charge people a small fee to register their car at my address and pay my mortgage! :D

Seriously though, they cant be serious. They have a program to help those who cant afford to pay the smog fees and repair the broken car. . .are they planning on having a bigger budget for that since those who cant pay every 2 years cant afford to pay every year! I think its California trying to squeeze our wallets since theres are becoming empty.

Smog exempt on an E30 or a different car? Not sure how you'd get it on an E30.

I should have looked into that assistance for smog thing a little more. I think they wanted invoices from a shop. Didn't even think I could put it on invoices from the shop I work at :-\
