South Side Rollers - Caravan to the Picnic

Those who wish, can join a few of us south Seattleites on a back roads mini-tour to the picnic. We will be meeting at the Burien (5-corners) Starbucks at 8:30 and stopping at the I-5 and So. 272nd street Park-n-Ride (exit #147) at 9:00 to gather up any others. Then some nice twisty back roads to Issaquah. We should arrive about 10:12...

If the PDX crew is near by, we can possibly hook up. You will likely be tired of I-5 by then...

i use to work at strictly with him. too bad the cosmos wont be comin out. what will you be driving? im considering taking your offer up....o you might know me..i had a white e36 m3 at the concours and parked next to your dakar...

That was a couple years ago and the Dakar is now with its new owner in Astoria. The Cosmos is still around, kind of a garage queen tho...

I'll have two E30's at the picnic, "little red" the '90 eye-ess and a fairly new project car, an '87 cabriolet that we saved from the heap. Bryce and brother Jordan will be in Portland supporting the two Strictly Pro3 cars (duh). They live for that yit.

Please don't hesitate to join the drive on Sunday. There are a couple other non-E30 Bimmers joining the ranks. What is driven is less important than the drive itself. Hope you can make it. We'll do an M3 'tour' one of these days too ;)

I'm very excited about the drive after the e30 picnic. It'd be nice to meet up with you guys before the picnic, can I get an address to the starbucks? I'm up in Mill Creek but would be willng to go south a lil bit to meet some other e30's on the way to issaquah.

Mark i sold the M3 a couple years ago. it had an impacted strut tower..no good if i wanna track it. I have a white E30. in very good shape and super clean. i will be joining your caravan. would like to park next to you guys at the XXX since bryce will be the only guy i know. i'll call bryce tomorrow to confirm. im excited for the meet/caravan!

It is just off of hwy 509 at So. 160th street, in the Albertsons parking lot. The new and now abandond Nissan dealership is just to the south.

It'll be great to see you guys there. And we usually park together too at the picnic...
