Im not gonna lie, im getting a little worried... only 6 more weeks and my car still doesnt have an engine in it. i think i have damn near everything to finish the swap tho, just feeling the pressure.

It's ok, mine doesn't have wheels or tires. I'm in a mad dash right now to get them finished in time.

On the mtech gotta fix the oil leaks, oil cooler, and detail the thing

on the 318i, make it idle properly, fix all the lights, secure the battery, replace the seats, install the rollbar, suspension, rip out said M10 and install said M50NV, fix the exhaust, replace all the subframes, brakes, etc.

I started pullin stuff off yesterday to get to the head. I hope to have head removed by next weekend and a shop checking it out and installing s50 cams in soon. I've got all my other stuff gathered in a box. Dr Vanos unit, injectors, TRM chip has been ordered and is on it's way.

i already spent 40 bucks on real paint, but the retard mixer screws it up (guess i get what i pay for, when i used wesco, it was fine, but they charge full price (well, half for being a motor-head, so it was about $120, now and discount tards shop, i get a pint of uselessness for $40...


so, what to do ?
paint it all glacier blua, or primer it grey or black ?

I thought it'd be cool to have A/C for the roadtrip so I fixed some leaks, pumped the system down, and gassed it up with 2lbs. of HotShot.. now I can't figure out why I'm not getting power to the compressor clutch and the '91 ETM A/C section blows.
