I've asked them about the option of registering more than one car. Currently that is not an option. MotorsportReg started as a way for HPDE and racing events to register participants, and in those events, only one car ever registered per entrant. At the request of car clubs they have added other events like car shows and sometimes someone wants to bring more than one car (wife or sibling drives the second car).

For the 2009 E30 Picnic, of the 243 E30 owners in attendance, about a dozen brought more than one car. Rich Milham had the most at something like 5 brought by his family.

I'll report back on if MotorsportReg can add that feature to our registration. If they can't, I'll figure out a Plan B.

      Thank you for your patience!

        Thanks Lance

Thanks Lance, you have done a great job on all the picnics, and all the other events you run for the club... Seems like in every organization there is 2% of the members doing 99% of the work, or in your case, 99.9%..... Last year we had 4 cars at the picnic, the years before only 3. Guess we'll just wait and pay at the gate.
Thanks again for all your work

OK, MotorsportReg has added a feature to the E30 Picnic registration so someone signing up can register and pay for additional cars (up to 4 extra). For anyone that is already registered, you should be able to go back to your registration and edit it to add cars.

Let me know how it works!

MotorsportReg won't charge any CC's until Friday June 25. That way, if anyone needs to cancel before the on-line registration cut-off of 6:00pm on Thursday June 24, then there is no need to issue a refund on a cancelation.

Plus we figured more people would register early if they knew they would not be charged until Friday, June 25.

We want early registrations for planning, but we don't need the money to pay the bills until much closer to the event.
