Some of you may remember the year we invited a couple of 16valve 190Es to join the Picnic to celebrate the rivalry they had with the E30 M3 back in the DTM. Did not go over to well with some folks. LOL

Here's a vintage Youtube clip of the 1988 DTM, first race of the year. The two green Michelin cars run 4th and 5th at the start. Then you get a great view of the #22 at the 1:05 mark when he puts in the gravel trap. doh!

I once saw one of those crew jackets show up on German Ebay. The real deal. Went for insane euros.

Pretty ballsy to wear white in the paddock.

I do have a crew suit from that era, bought from German Ebay.
