Hello good sir.

We modified our plan a bit. Going to leave LA the morning of Thursday the 25th. Driving from there to Yreka (650 miles) and staying the night. Then continuing from there to Tacoma Friday morning (450 miles). A few NorCal peeps have asked me about my plans but I don't have any solid word if anyone is tagging along. I don't mind either way as long as it fits their plans.

We booked at the best western also and I have stayed there before, low cars in the garage no problem.

I'm getting excited. Got the time off work, been fixing little things that could possibly go bad over 2500 miles, hotel is booked, etc. I've been in need of a good roadtrip.

Looks like they're trying to book it just for the US open. Tons of people are trying to rent out they're place for the US open.

I would suggest the airbnb route if anybody is looking at hotels in Tacoma.

Just an FYI hotel prices are through the roof right now due to the US open.

Anybody in the tacoma area recommend any hotels? preferably have garaged parking thats low car friendly. I'm planning on coming down from Canada and don't really wanna end up in the wrong area lol.

Energie... Check along the waterfront: Ruston Way, Tacoma. Some guys had a good stay there right below James' street... Stunning view, right next to the party, etc.
