Whats up in Holland?

Im visiting some family in Aachen and Koln for the next few days then going to Amsterdam for next week. Wanted to see if there are any good junkyards or car meets out here i could see. I wanted to go to Nurburgring but i dont really have a car to track with so I dont know how practical that is.

Basically, as an American BMW enthusiast I wanted experience as much as I can while im out here. If you have any advice, please feel free to share.
