Travelling to UK and Ireland

Big favor to ask! I am travelling on Friday to London then Scotland and then over to Ireland from 15JUN2018 to 30JUN2018. Does anyone have details, ideas or a phone that I could borrow and then mail back to them? If not, how should I go about getting a sim or whats needed for my AT&T Iphone 6s? Thanks for all inputs.

Sims are readily available from airports, shops, cities etc so shouldn’t have any bother getting hold of one.
