The Crazy Rays in Mt.Airy is usually empty, and I saw 6 E30's there last time I went during one summer. Its a bit of a drive for some but its worth it.

Only saw 1 E30 and it was an early model. Only thing I saw was it still had the grills in the back seat and both front comfort seats were in mint condidtion. Other than that I didnt see much else. I did see a shit load of E36's
FYI on crazy ray. the one in hawkins point is the one to go for the summer time. The one on route 1 is the one to go to in the winter. Basically high volume in route 1 one, but too many people there in summer. Hawkins point has less people in the summer and in teh winter, but hte winter tend to be too dead.

i blew a couple hoses, overheated the crap out of my e30, and still drove it almost 8 miles with it knocking like crazy. turned out to be the head gasket.

after i replaced that, it still ran just fine. until it blew another head gasket.

i wouldn't worry about it overheating a little. mine finally stalled out because it was just detonating from all the heat, and not actually burning the fuel. but everything else was fine.

if you drove it until it shut off i'd worry, but if it didn't even blow any steam, theres no issue.

Meh its not hard to fix. I only need one belt. It did get pretty hot though, but I think I turned it off before anything bad happened. I didn't spray coolant everywhere or anything. I'm pretty annoyed but oh well.

I didn't have much choice but to try to drive. I was pretty far from home and it was late at night.

On the way home tonight the bent started slipping and snapped. Took out the water pump belt as well. Car got hot. had to have it towed. Cost 109 bucks to go 7 miles.

so obviously when I fix it again I'm going to want to have that part to avoid this happening again.
ouch dude, that freaken blows. Brody is getting ready to leave for NH, to go to his Opera camp. I would call him to verify that he send it out.
