So it's already been a year and the pvgp is back in town! This is a fantastic event for anyone who's interested in cars at all. Almost every type of car you can imagine shows up from a fleet of Ferrari's, to 100's of muscle cars, all types of vintage race cars, and of course, a fleet a BMW's both new and old. Come in for the weekend, show's on Saturday and the race is on Sunday, you won't regret it!

I'm pretty sure it's $20 to just register your car for the show, and $55 to be part of the BMW tent and get lunch and parking for Saturday and Sunday. This may seem like a lot, but all of the money is donated to the Autism Foundation so it's really all for a good cause. Spectating is free.
Schedule
Monday July 19th - Walnut Street Invitational Car Show 5-9pm
This show is invite only for the cars that participate. Spectating is free. 100 or so of the top cars in the 'burg are invited to showcase their rides in the shopping district of Walnut St. Some amazing cars show up every year.
Tuesday July 20th - Car Cruise at the Waterfront 5-9pm
This show is always a blast! Tons of cars come to this show of all variety's. This is the show most of the customs go to and there is some really trick stuff that shows up. All of the cars are mixed together so when you walk around you don't know what you'll see next.
Bimmerforums gtg - If anyone is interested in pulling in together, lets meet at 4:30 at the smoke stacks, then we'll roll over to the show at 5. This place fills up fast so we will leave at exactly 5 so don't be late.
Saturday July 24th - International Car Show at Schenley Park 9:30-4pm
The mother of all the shows!!!! Thousands of cars!!! Literally. Walk around the golf course and browse the huge selection of vintage auto's. Separate Marque parking so everything is in it's own section. Audi is the Marque of the year so there should be tons of Audi's. Practice and Qualifying is going on the entire day and the track is strewn in between all of the show cars. Really an amazing experience.
Bimmerforums gtg - So last year we all met up first, had breakfast, and then all drove to the show. This worked out really well so lets try to do it again this year. Eat n Park at the waterfront, say 8am?

Sunday July 25th - Vintage Race
Come and watch 100's of vintage race cars race around Schenley Park. This is actual wheel to wheel racing and not just parade laps. One of the only places that you can see cars as old as 1914 actually racing. Some of them are faster then you would expect as well.
