Fall Meet Suggestions

We are in desperate need of a Fall meet. BBQ at Brody's has been a great success as the main Spring meet, but we don't have a Fall meet, especially with a lot of new Nova and MD members signing up lately. We need to get everyone back together.

So I'm opening up the discussion for locations and possible activities. I would like to stay away from the Auto-x or drives for the fall meet. I'm already putting together ideas for an e30 "fun run" for next summer.

My suggestion is a DIY and photo shoot meet. (I love photo shoots if you haven't noticed). We haven't had a solid DIY meet in over a year. We would need someone to be able to volunteer their shop for this to work (or someone who has a lot of space and a large garage, or, possibly, we can get a shop to sponsor the meet...)

My other suggestion is another meet at Great Falls, VA. Last year we had one out there thanks to Angus (Oodles of Noodles). One of our biggest complaints was that we were too separated form our cars, which is something we can look into more and find a better location there. Overall the area is gorgeous and the drive was fun.

So, what are you're ideas??

how bout a baltimore meet so i don't have to drive an hour and a half for once ;)

A Bmore meet would work well, then maybe we can get some of the PA guys to come up. Any ideas on location?

i guess see what and where the intrest is. i dont mind driving to baltimore, but i cant speak for the other va guys. i dont get why you are waiting for next summer though for a "fun run". this summer isnt even over yet lol. how about a mega meet somewhere within an hour driving of dc. great falls either va or md works.
