hampton roads is mostly hondas, it's like the place is a step behind. in more aspects than that.

vadriven for an example is pretty tough, it's a bunch of kids freaking out

I wouldn't say so. There are many legitimate car nerds in the area. It's just sparse.

Btw. Join vadriven.com if you haven't already.

    Fixed.

I suck bc the majority of my "car relationships" are maintained online. I personally never ever have enough time for any sort of GTGs/meetups/whatever. Heck, I have a hard enough time trying to sells parts locally :|. Plus this happens when youre the only one in your circle of friends that's even remotely interested in anything dealing with cars.

I guess HR is dead to Euro's these days...

Before I left for SC a few years ago there was a lot more going on in HR. Kinda boring here these days...

We need an HR euro GTG.

E30 S50 in VB. I'm in the Little Neck area with an '88 Alpine white/Natur with ugly anthracite Rota slips to clear RX-7's calipers.

TSCC at ACU-4 is the best thing going for auto-x, with NASA and VMSC running events in Richmond. SCCA does events at Pungo airfield in VB, but it's a small lot. ACU-4 is world class, but is on the fence for securing ACU-4 in 2011... so stay tuned to http://www.tidewatersportscarclub.com/ for updates.

There happens to about 3 SCCA National DSP BMW's in VB, one in an E30 and 2 others sharing a E46. About 100-150 cars show for a typical event, with some great regional/National talent.

I don't autocross the E30 (with the exception of Saturday course set-up's that I sometimes help with). I autocross (since 1996) a Miata R package in E stock.

PM me for any autocross inquiries in the 757.

    Ed R.
