Help!!!!!

I have a 87 vert that is becoming hard to fix.. When the car warms up it has rough idle and when you punch the gas and get to 3-4 rpm it hesitates. Please forgive me, but not a mechanic. new to all this. So far i have replaced O2 SENSOR,TEMP SENSOR,PLUGS,WIRES,SWAPPED THE AFM. Could be fuel related but not sure!!!.. Changed the fuel filter about 5k ago.I dont have a CAT. The car runs rich also i think . I'm just Confused!!!!! there is no check light that comes on either. I know someone is in a helping mood.

check for vacuum leaks

Check your fuel pressure. Frequently when the fuel pressure regulator fails it flows too much fuel, making the car idle poorly, but possibly run smoother when you're at speed. Maybe someone local with a 325i can swap their FPR with yours for a quick check.
