In that case, welcome. Track use will be determined by the track and any sanctioning authority running the event, the MVA does not oversee track regulations.
Now MVA does regulate what is eligible for historic registration. Check the thread and get a better idea after reading the law. It does say not for vehicles substantially altered....Comment
