    hey brody, i remember at one of the meet ups you were talking about some camping trip?
    something like renting a cabin, more people, lower price per person....

    forgot where you guys were talking about, anyway, it would be pretty cool, thought i'd bring it up

    ....and research more on compression in general since im gonna be looking into turboing my m20.

    on another kinda random topic though. with the past couple weeks getting warmer and warmer, and me only having my car since april, im wondering if rising coolant temps are normal in stop and go traffic. when i get out of work at 5pm in dc and have to drive home my temp gauge gets to 3/4 hot and has stayed there so far.

    Time for another swap! At least now most of the hard work and part sourcing is done. I've been wanting to do a compression test on mine just out of curiosity thanks for the reminder.

    Ean's motor is running on 120 compression across the board when it should be 190-200.

    He's at almost a 40% loss of power!

    i dont have the WAR chip yet, just the miller chip to run their MAF conversion, gonna order war chip tomorrow.

    but yeah with the work i put into my car, and driving his swapped car...no comparrison. i burned out in his at a dead stop dropping the hammer in 2nd gear...WHAT? i might do a m50 swap simply because i've felt what that motor can do in a e30, plus my car would be lighter than his vert.

    anyway, stock m20 to stock m50, m50 takes it.
