Does anyone from MD have a dealer license?

I need a huge favor. I'm in PA and bought a car from MD. I thought I could just sign it into the lot where I work but there's not any spots on the title left for me to do so. I tried getting a vr-182 form but you can only get them if you're a MD dealer. Without that form I can not sign the car over. If anyone could get me one it'd be a big help and I'd appreciate it. If some one can I will give them $$$.
