Swerved a deer, went up a curb at over 25mph, the deer and a sapling did some body damage that is estimated (somehow) at 9k - jeeze.
Not sure if 5-lug front end is good, initially I thought no way but he said he drove it back to his house. Front right went flat and bent the wheel (Apex ARC-8 ) so maybe the wheel took the brunt of the force?
Hood, windshield damaged from the deer, fender from the sapling. Car is silver on black.
It has a bit over 100k miles, he bought it a couple years ago from BfC with 88k, really well cared for, awesome body, a shame to see it hurt.
Vortech supercharger kit for over 25,000 miles - had no issues. I gotta believe that engine and drivetrain are worth more than the measly salvage price on the car. He's not the type to stash the shell in his parents' driveway (in school currently) and pick it apart, but maybe someone would buy the whole car and get a bunch of great parts out of it.
