Headed down to Richmond from MD, anyone drifting tonight?

So I'm headed down to see some fam and my girlfriend but later tonight I figured I'd be up at 1am and will probably want to do some sliding in this rain.

Anyone want to have a chill drive night?? Or if u can't make it do u guys know of any good off the beaten trail spots? I have trouble finding ppl in my area to actually drift with or just practice with some cones. Plus it's always fun meeting some more e30 folks. I'm headed down now and will be there till tmrw evening or something.
m20 is plenty. im simply a drifter.

I'm not looking for an online speech/rant and rave so please don't ask questions you don't want to know the answer to...

But I mean if your in Richmond we could talk about the subject of this thread

No, no raving or ranting here, just curious because I want a place to practice and learn, but I don't want to do it where there is a possibility of being caught and ticketed. No judging intended, I just want to know where other md'ers do their drifting at.

Edit: Basically I am looking for a discreet place to learn since I'm not track ready yet.

          I sent u a pm..

Maybe there actually are some ppl in md with balls enough to want to go out and ACTUALLY get better at controlling their car. I'll make a md thread for md'ers I guess. Last time I tried inviting ppl a bunch of high schoolers tried telling me what not to do...or how dangerous I was to the public and baby's in strollers. But then they wonder why they dont actually know how to drift. Unless u really do it regularly, u won't learn shit.

Now idk how far u live but my area accokeek and laplata, md are rural as fuuuck. That's where I explore most nights. And if ppl ACTUALLYwanted to do this I could have up to like 4 or 5 ppl stay at my crib friday night or somethin after drivin and we could go to my shop Saturday for repairs or whatever if need be and go back out Saturday night to make it worth while.
This is how the japs got so damn good. Practice makes perfect, not video games. So if ppl are ACTUALLY interested in this please hit me up. With just one person to drive with we'd both be learning from each other and it would come so much quicker I think.

lol I just saw this post after replying your pm. But yeah, I mean I'm all for learning by whatever means necessary, long as I'm not around urban areas. I know rural areas are perrrfect for finding good spots to practice car control. Nothing wrong with a little practice where nobody is around!

There we go. Practice makes perfect. And the more ppl the better we can all get. Fuck paying a track to sit and watch most of the time

Oh George..I didn't realize that was until I saw the clip. Good shit. We gotta exchange numbers next time we run into each other at hardtimes.

If anyone wants to come across the bridge and explore southern MD ill be sliding around most of today.
Here's a spot in Alexandria that I've found. It's not a spot u can really chill at so i leave and stay for like 10min intervals.

Im new to drifting but love doing it. Sandwiched my phone in the passenger seat headrest.325is with a stock M20, hr springs, bilstein hd's, vert front sway/1...
