VA: S52 Longblock FS 165k $1200

I've got an S52 Long block that I'll be selling(No accessories, may be able to include some stuff off of an S50). Has about 165k miles on it and has been turboed for about 50k i think. I swapped this engine into my car about a year and a half ago and it's time for bigger and better things. Still in the car if anyone wants to hear/see it run. Compression number are below in order 6-1. Thanks.

Is the S52 still for sale? Protomor (my younger brother) dropped this on me and I am super cereal about buying it. We are local (Fairfax) and I'd be willing to pay and pick it up.
