Looking for: Motor swap and someone to help me do it

So, my E30 has a head gasket leak. Tiny, barely affects drivability, but it burns up coolant. Figured now would be as good of a time as ever. I'm looking to pick up a Myster-e (Well, BimmerHeads) head, and put it on an eta/M20 B27 block. The only thing that would need to be replaced would be the gaskets, as the rest of the intake/exhaust is already upgraded and ready to go.

Only problem is, I don't have the space or the tools to do an engine swap myself. I'd be willing to pay money on top/give food/beverages/the old motor for help. No rush on this, but I'd like to see if anyone could help me out.

EDIT: Also, to be clear, I would help. I've done motor mounts/steering rack/suspension before, just never pulling an engine.

I'll probably be up there next week if it isn't too cold. I have a black early 325is, plates are M20 B25.

But yeah, if you wanted you could keep the old engine. Really, it's fine, just leaky. Replace all the seals and you're golden.
