Any MK2 owners? Im parting out my jetta gli with a 1.6 tdi swap.
If anyone is interested in parts. I will post a detailed list of what I have to offer..

I used to be, have been toying with getting another for S&G.

So, what's wrong with the car that makes it a parts car/can it be salvaged?

Which 1.6 diesel, the A2 gen Eco or some other TDI?

Its not an eco diesel from what I can tell.. At least the pumps are different..
I replaced a lot of parts on it. still have a few new ones to put on. Just don't feel like messing with the car any more.
I was in a little fender bender Monday and the passenger fender was messed up along with the bumper. suffered some suspension problems on the passenger side. which then destroyed the front tires on my 2.5 hour ride back home..
The panels are not to bad. Its just everything else and I honestly don't feel like messing with the car any more..

That sums up my entire A2 ownership experience. Also, having realized that Stroudsburg is far too far from me I probably can't do the entire car (unless you can bang it back in to shape, get it down here and get back on your own), but I am interested in a few parts/assemblies. PM to follow.
