I've been going to a machine shop in Hyattsville, MD called Precision Engine Machine. They do amazing work and they usually have it done in a day. or less. Their website is http://precision-engine.com/ which has a price list on the bottom. One guy that works/co-owns the place with his brother has a phd in combustion physics (as well as a few other things) and knows absolutely everything about a combustion engine and loves to share knowledge. I will however warn you that your brain will hurt if you bring up something you're really curious about. I asked him what I thought was a somewhat simple question on manifold runner length and its relation to torque. An hour later I'm getting schooled about thermo-molecular physics. Give them a call.
