SOLD BimmerHeads 885 with BN Schrick 272 Cam - FRESH FROM BIMMERHEADS

    SOLD SOLD SOLD

Fresh, never used BimmerHeads 885 head with a brand new Schrick 272 cam installed. Regular BimmerHeads service- HD rockers, port / polish, matched double valve springs, all seals/guides replaced, etc.

Same services as shown here: http://www.bimmerheads.com/product-c...ylinder-heads/

This has NEVER BEEN INSTALLED. I had it built last year and was going to install it on a resealed bottom end over the winter but a buddy who was racing a SETA/885 combo that is built similarly (minus the cam) had a rear-end collision and sold me the motor so I don't need this.

$1500. Price is negotiable but don't be crazy. I also have:

    BNIB head gasket
    M50 injectors
    173 DME with chip

Sorry, Josh - it would be a danger to your manifold.

This was done before they had the different tiers of service. It is (for the most part) the touring service, but it was also ported and polished.

          Services were:
          • Cleaning
          • Pressure testing
          • Resurfacing
          • Valve grinding & valve seat grinding (3-angle, I believe)
          • ALL valve guides replaced
          • New valve seals & cam seals
          • New intake studs & new exhaust studs
          • New rocker arm hardware & eccentrics
          • New cam gear, cam gear cover, and rotor mount
          • New Heavy Duty rocker arms

Additionally, the port and polish was done and a full set of matched double valve springs were installed. Shant (the machinist) used some sort of spring force measuring tool (I have NO idea what it is) to match the springs. I had ordered Schrick springs but Schrick sent the wrong ones so Shant matched up a full set of OEM springs. I never asked if they were new or used- I just know that he called me and explained the situation and said he installed what he would have done for his own car if he were me. And he did not charge more for that part of the service so I was fine with it.

All of the specs not tied to the cam were to OEM requirements.
