Like you say there are almost none who care most e30's here are pretty ghetto. There are alot of bmw shops here but they dont really work on e30s that much. I would say the exception might be carr, I always see e30's over there. I've never seen a customer e30 over at Korman, they almost always have some 2002's or the new bmw's. One of the employees has a riced out eta though haha. There are ALOT more e30's in the Raleigh area.

Apex381, are you serious? Greensboro is the most e30 infested city in this country. But it would be great to meet you. There are at least 500 e30 in the area, but not too many people who care. Between Korman, Carr, and Mann, we have probably the healthiest population here.

p.s. Topsail is only about an hour and a half away. A good tour. GREAT twisties between there and here.

where on the coast, if it's somewhere close to topsail, it would be awesome. I'm sure many NC guys would love to have a weekend at the beach with nothing but e30 guys and hold some tech sessions and do some fun stuff.

Actually, I was thinking about a BBQ later this spring/summer out here on the coast.
I have some really neat tools (bearing puller, rear subframe bushing (on-car) removal tool, air tools, etc)

The beach is a half hour away, quiet, twisty country roads are prevalent, and I'm willing.

APRIL 18, FRIDAY NIGHT.
9:00PM meet and check out each other's cars.
10:00 Take off into the night. Check out some local curvies.
When done we can all grab some food and talk about who has done what with their cars.

lets meet off of I-40 this way every one would know how to get there. Place is next to a great gas station with many pumps and cheaper gas. Parking lot is well lit, and by that time traffic will be down for us to go out to the twisties.
