I'm thinking about repainting my E30 - full car with bodywork. She's not a rust bucket, but she does have her share of dings, scrapes and scratches. I'm not looking for a concours paint job, but I am looking for quality body work and paint by a shop that is confident working on older cars (BMWs a plus). If you've had a full repaint locally and recently - and you are happy with the results, please let me know who you used.

Open to recommendations. IÂ’ve got two quotes, one from a well known local body shop that works on high-end cars ($12k) and MAACO. IÂ’d like to think thereÂ’s a shop out there that will do a solid job for somewhere in between those two estimates. Let me know if youÂ’ve done a full respray and have been happy with the process/results.
