I'll come out for this one.

Also, just confirmed Sunday, Sept 14th for VintageFest 2014. ZF has kindly agreed to host again. Save the date and pray for sunshine.

    Alright, how does this sound:

    Spring G2G 2014

    -Date: March 29
    -Time: 3:00pm
    -Location: http://goo.gl/maps/jFyeJ
This lot is just a random parking/loading area for an un-used building. Could be subject to change
    -All cars welcome
    -No a$$-hattery on site please
-I expect, like the last few times, that we will hang at the first location then take a cruise down LSD

Now to just get my car back on the road...

Don't do March 22 for the meet. Water by the Bridge is that weekend.

Coincidently I just replaced my selector rod joint and bushing. I grabbed the driveshaft out still if you wanted to come by and take a look or see how it compares to yours. I didn't notice any slop at all and it has never felt better.

I'm down for a late march meet. Should be finished with my manual swap, foreseeing no major disasters..

Josh, any word on my shift boot progress? Just curious. I'm still quite a ways away from needing it.

Also, has anyone replaced their selector rod joint recently? I ask because I ordered one recently and went to test fit it and there's 1/16" slop back and forth on the inside of it (the side the selector rod goes into), but up and down theres no play. seems really odd to me that it isn't a perfect circle. debating between returning it or building up the selector rod with JB weld and getting it to fit properly.

    Thanks,
    Corey

Maybe we pick a date later in the Month since we all have projects to finish. I'll throw Sat March 29 out there. 3pm? Once we decide I'll put it all together into a single post

I'd be down for that if I can get the car all sorted by then.
I'll have to get it registered, put some side windows, make sure all lights/turning signals/wiper work as they should...

I'm good with that, plus I should have at least one seat done by then!

Thats what I was thinking too. My e30 is in pieces so if we wait until its warmer out and my car is more finished I would not complain. Otherwise, I will bring the Volvo turbo wagon.

I liked the location we met at last time:

Find local businesses, view maps and get driving directions in Google Maps.

What you think about early March, on a Sunday or Saturday morning?
