Hey fellas, and gals, Native chicagoan here (diversey/kedzie). are the chicago e30 meetings still happeneing? my build, 84 eta coupe, plans m52 stroker polished/ported flow bench head, obd1 and maybe a little hot sauce in a blue bottle to keep it interesting. i build customer cars for a living and the shop i work for specializes in full on builds down to minor custom work, we have a chassis dyno. im a certified tech and have an A.A.S. in welding and fabrication technology, we have dyno days, or what we call the heartbreaker lol) P.M. me where we are located. as for my E-turty (chicago accent) even my experience has its limits and kickin around ideas and feeback are always welcome great to be here! chi-town hustlers unite!

DUH, I meant to say i build custom cars for a living, in addition to my beloved eta, i am building myself a hot rod restomod so i can have the best of both worlds. later!

If anyone has any of these driveshafts I need one for my swap ASAP. Someone sent me one but it's the wrong driveshaft...so now I'm screwed and this is the last thing I need. I can use:
-E30 M3 driveshaft
-ETA large flange driveshaft
-E36 M3 4 bolt rear driveshaft
-E36 328i with ZF trans driveshaft
Please let me know ASAP I was planning on having my car up by this weekend...

I'm gonna get some shit for this, but I'm also looking for some Taurus side skirts. Previous owner must've ran over a big rock or something and dragged it because I have an ugly dent on the rear valence and where the side skirt would be (Doriftooo? Hope not). Let me know whatcha have.

ANYHOO, I have front and rear seats out of a 91 318i that sit in my parents' garage in the NW Burbs(Crystal lake). The rear has been upholstered (by the car's previous owner) with cheapie black pleather covers , but they look decent. The front two (dark blue) seats, especially the driver's side, are fraying but are still perfectly comfy/functioning if you're up for a reupholstering project. Not sure if this is appropriate pricing but $40 takes all. Local sale only, as my mom or dad will be the ones selling these for me since I live in the city. Pm me for pix.
