Anybody looking for or know of anyone looking for a very clean, absolutely rust-free brilliantrot 1990 325is? This car is way too nice for me. I think I need to get into something that isn't so clean to DD in the midwest... I'm looking for trades, but cash could work too.

This car is startlingly clean, the underbody is absolutely incredible. Up until July, when I purchased it, it spent its life in California under 1 owner.

If I'm not mistaken, I used a generic tool to do the alignment on mine (It doesn't need to be perfect, just good enough to get the trans on).

I'm debating going for a midnight drive just to play in the snow. Probably won't bother, since the plows have been out all day. It's only really fun when it dumps some serious snow starting at night, so teh plows don't really touch it until morning.

I'm thinking I'm going to hold off until tomorrow when I have to go get grain for the horses. I did go ice racing on sunday with FVSCC, and driving 40mph with the tail out and snow flying up behind me makes the urge to go drive on straight roads in snow much less tempting.

Also went to the post office today, and I might have had a little fun on, say, every single corner I encountered.

Speaking of fun, what are you up to on the 6th (or the 13th)? Don't say football, because I'm sure you'll just be sitting on the couch. I'm going to party AFTER I go ice racing.

Yeah, they used to be at HWY 50 and 39th ave. I had my car detailed there after the paint got scratched badly by a dog. The guy did and incredible job. I don't know about their maintenance work, though.

Ghetto? Not really. The guy I dealt with was a bit ghetto, but the service manager was as white as as they come.


I WOULD recommend going to Steve Tredup.

Steve has plenty of experience with the E30 chassis, so really its only the s14 to worry about if he hasnt seen one. He did lots of work on my dad's electronic nightmare of an e36 m3, so I wouldnt worry about the s14.

The borders of Racine and Illinois are slowly collapsing on Kenosha, comsuming it with their bad drivers and ghetto neighborhoods!

If I haven't mentioned it here, I'm going to a 2 day ice-x / road rally in northern WI march 5 & 6. I'm looking for someone who's interested in tagging along. I am offering up my car for the ice-x (unless you want to bring your own). I figure we'd split the hotel (and hopefully gas), and you pay your own entry fee ($40).

Any takers?
