Hey needing help on the ignition system for my bmw, bought one that never ran now i got the car together and cannot figure out why it is not getting spark. Almost to the point of just adding megasquirt.

I am not getting any spark to the coil at all, not far enough to take it to the wires. In my bently it shows that there should be a ICM right passenger side of the fusebox, but in my vehicle it is just 2 rather large connectors hooked up to each other, in the exact same location, and not like a traditional ICM

Alright, well the crank sensor is giving me a reading, the main relay was bad, and the coil checks out ok. Still no start though. Its seriously about to be a MS project sooner then planned. I was wanting to wait until i got the turbo setup but it might have to be a ms now then turbo later.
